Paintings

Because I was bored, after I retired, I and needed something to do I signed up for a Painting with a Twist class (You can bring your own wine and relax while you paint).

I have painted before, but it has been probably 25 years or more, since Shonda was a toddler,  It is a little difficult to paint, with a 2 or 3 year old running around.

These  Winter Barns are some of the first ones I did in class 1985-90 using oil paints

These are some that I did on my own,  after the class 35 or so years ago.

This one was inspired by a photo of Clarklake

These two are of the Point, in Saginaw Bay where we camped with some of my Mom's family.

This is the first painting I did at the Painting with a Twist Class in Lansing.
I didn't like the way it turned out so.....

I went home and painted another one.

I like this one better.

Here are some others that I have completed this week
This was from a picture I took standing our our deck a few years ago.

This one copied a picture I found on a Calendar.

This one I learned from a Youtube video by the paint sherpa.

This one was inspired by a photo.  a friend posted on the internet

and this one is  Tahquamenon Falls   (can you tell?)

I'm not sure what I am going to do with all of the pictures, or the Jewelry, but if you have any comments or suggestions, let me know.
